At Trussardi, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, you may return any item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and security seals remain intact, and include the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
